Pagewood Blocked Drain Repair, Done Properly

Blocked drain repair is for pipes that are damaged, not just dirty.

Cracked and collapsed sections. We cut back to sound pipe or reline through the damage without digging.

Root-cut earthenware joints. Old clay pipe joints let roots in. We clear the roots, then reline or replace the failed length.

Much of Pagewood was built from the 1940s through the 1980s in solid double-brick and render, with the older post-war stretch running the original clay drainage that came with it. That older pipe is exactly what fails first: joints crack, roots find a way in, and the fix is a repair job, not a clean.

1. Camera the line. A CCTV drain camera runs through the pipe to pinpoint the fault, then a locator marks its depth and position.
2. Explain the fix. You get the honest choice between relining and a targeted dig, in plain English, with a fixed price before anything starts.
3. Repair or reline. Trenchless relining for most cracked or root-cut sections; a targeted dig only where it's genuinely the better fix.
4. Prove it. We camera the repaired section again so you see it's clear before we pack up.

Most single-section repairs wrap up within a day. A full reline or a harder-access job takes more time, flagged upfront rather than discovered halfway through.
